Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee is seeking a Hoarding Interventionist to join the Hoarding Intervention and Treatment Program in southeast Wisconsin. The role involves working one-on-one with clients in their homes, developing care plans with Hoarding Case Managers and Therapists, and providing in-home coaching and support to improve living spaces and quality of life.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, client-centered care and help

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field required.
• Ability to travel approximately 90% of the time required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Individualized Care Plans with Hoarding Case Managers and Therapists.
• Provide In-Home Support in clients’ homes to declutter and organize.
• Empower Lasting Change to build sustainable habits.
• Deliver Compassionate, Client-Centered Care.
• Collaborate Across a Multidisciplinary Team to ensure comprehensive care.
