Catholic Charities' Hoarding intervention and Treatment Program is the only program of its kind in the nation. Offering a comprehensive, holistic approach helps individuals who have indicators of hoarding disorder to create safe and stable housing. By working along the side of our clients, we help them address the many barriers that come with the disorder.
This innovative program provides long-term support by combining case management, in‑home coaching, therapy, and community collaboration to improve clients' lives. We empower individuals to regain control of their living spaces and enhance their quality of life.
Monitor client progress by evaluating treatment outcomes, advocating for additional resources, and providing personal support during crises.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance (liability coverage: $100,000/person and $300,000 accident)
Salary Range: $45,000-$47,000 depending upon experience
The Hoarding Intervention and Treatment Program offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with hoarding disorder. As a Hoarding Case Manager, you will have the freedom to work independently, while also collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide clients with the best possible care.
