Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a Property Manager for the Parkway Cooperative in Burnsville, MN. You will oversee day-to-day HOA operations, supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Board and committees to deliver high-quality services for residents.

The role requires leadership, strong financial oversight, and customer-service excellence, with on-call duties for maintenance emergencies and active involvement in sales/marketing of units.

Qualifications

• 3 years life experience in business, sales, hotel, leasing, accounting or customer service.
• Real estate licensure required to obtain within 48 months of hire.
• Associate degree preferred; experience with seniors and 5+ years of prior experience noted in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Promote a customer service outlook among staff.
• Prepare payroll bi-weekly and manage payroll records.
• Communicate with Board, Owners, and committees; prepare management reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial records; review monthly reports.
• Show units to potential buyers and assist with marketing and sales of community and units.
• On-call for maintenance emergencies and ensure building and grounds upkeep.
