Qualifications

• 3 years Life Experience in any of the following: Business, Sales, Hotel, Leasing, Accounting, Customer Service, Activities
• Real Estate Licensure - required to obtain within 48 months of hire date

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and supervision to staff
• Supervises all staff and provides annual written performance reviews
• Promotes a customer service outlook among staff
• Submits payroll bi-weekly using computerized time records
• Serves as a mediator with staff and Owners when needed
• Manages budget and monitors financial activities with monthly resident trial balance
• Maintains confidentiality and communicates with Board and committees
