Cmacommunities is seeking a dedicated Community Association Manager (Portfolio) to support multiple HOAs across the Greenville area. You will work closely with boards to implement governing documents and budgets, ensuring high-quality service for homeowners and residents.

The role emphasizes strong communication, budget oversight, vendor coordination, and on-call availability for after-hours emergencies. A CAI CMCA certification is preferred, with opportunities for growth and competitive

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION experience (HOA/Condo) with a Board of Directors.
• CAI CMCA certification or training required; AMS/PCAM preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Board policies, resolutions and goals are carried out.
• Attend Board meetings and prepare agendas and reports.
• Prepare annual budget inputs and monitor financials.
• Coordinate with attorneys, auditors and engineers for association needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and respond to inquiries.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Oversee bid processes and vendor proposals.
• Conduct regular property inspections for compliance.
