Job summary

Invest West Management in Vancouver, WA is seeking an experienced HOA Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of homeowner associations. The role emphasizes strong Board relationships, financial oversight, and proactive community management.

Qualifications

3–5 years HOA portfolio management experience.
Experience budgeting, financial analysis, reserve planning, and financial reporting.
Knowledge of WA HOA laws, WUCIOA, and RCWs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary advisor and liaison to Boards of Directors regarding community operations and strategic planning.
Manage association finances including budgets, financial reporting, reserve planning, and fiscal oversight.
Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, maintenance projects and common area improvements.
Enforce governing documents and compliance; resolve homeowner and Board concerns professionally.
Prepare and present Board materials, attend meetings, conduct property inspections and ensure action item follow-through.
