Qualifications

• One year or more of experience in an office/administrative/customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Help keep HOA communities organized, compliant, and running smoothly day to day.
• Communicate with homeowners and board members through emails, notices, and community updates.
• Support board meetings by preparing agendas, packets, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Participate in occasional community walk-throughs and document items needing attention.
• Keep homeowner records, governing documents, and insurance information up to date.
• Partner closely with HOA Portfolio Managers to solve problems and support well-managed communities.
