Job summary

Invest West Management in Vancouver, WA is seeking an Assistant HOA Manager to join our team. The role focuses on supporting property management across HOAs, condos, and other communities, with opportunities to grow into a Portfolio Manager.

  • Participate in occasional community walk-throughs and document items needing attention.
  • Keep homeowner records, governing documents, and insurance information up to date.
  • Partner closely with HOA Portfolio Managers to solve problems and support well-managed communities.

Assistant HOA Manager

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)

You communicate clearly, stay on top of details, and manage multiple priorities with confidence.
You're comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
You're dependable, team‑oriented, and ready to grow into a long‑term career in HOA.
You have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and consistent attendance.
