Job summary

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at a premier condominium community in East Denver. This high-visibility role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and partnering with the Board of Directors.

Qualifications

  • CMCA certification preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-rise HOA community or Multifamily.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
  • Solo operation; highly proactive.
  • Experience in property management, community association management, or hospitality leadership.
  • Proven experience working with Boards of Directors and residential communities.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and interpreting financial statements.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance, governance, and community operations best practices.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, and WRMC.
  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless and elevated resident experience.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Prepare and present the annual budget to the Board.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and maintenance standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure service excellence.
  • Lead bidding process for third-party services and oversee special projects.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop on-site staff, fostering a collaborative and professional culture.
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Oversee community meetings, annual elections, and Board communications.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed.

Job description

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Availability for on-call duty is required 24/7, including monthly night board meetings and working sessions.

SALARY: $85,000 per year

LOCATION: East Denver, Hale neighborhood, near Belleview Park

What You Need to Succeed
