Qualifications

• CMCA certification preferred.
• 3+ years of GM experience in a high‑rise HOA or multifamily community.

• Independent, proactive leader able to drive operations solo.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Board of Directors, homeowners, and WRMC.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and resident experience at the community.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Prepare and present annual budgets to the Board with insights.

• LOCATION: Washington Park
• SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Availability for on-call duty is required 24/7, including monthly night board meetings and working sessions.
• SALARY: $90,000 per year.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with strong financial acumen, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a service-focused environment.

WhatYou'llDo

• Serve as the primary liaison between theBoard of Directors, homeowners, and WRMC
• Lead all day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated resident experience
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
• Prepare and present the annual budget andprovideongoing financial insights to the Board
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with quality and maintenance standards
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure service excellence
• Lead the bidding process for third-party services and oversee special projects
• Supervise, mentor, and develop on-site staff, fostering a collaborative and professional culture
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable laws and regulations
• Oversee community meetings, annual elections, and Board communications
• Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed

What You Need to Succeed

• CMCA certification preferred
• At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-rise HOA community or Multifamily.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and be open and adaptable.
• We are looking for a highly proactive individual to take on this role, as it is a solo operation.
• Experience in property management, community association management, or hospitality leadership
• Proven experience working withBoards of Directorsand residential communities
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and interpreting financial statements
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of compliance, governance, and community operations best practices
• High school diplomarequired; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
