Job summary

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at a premier condominium community. This high-visibility role partners with the Board of Directors to deliver exceptional resident experiences and maintain service standards.

You will oversee daily operations, manage budgeting and financial reporting, supervise on-site staff, and ensure compliance with governing documents.

Qualifications

• CMCA certification preferred.
• At least 3 years as General Manager in a high-rise HOA or Multifamily.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
• Highly proactive, as this is a solo operation.
• Experience in property management, HOA, or hospitality leadership.
• Proven experience with Boards of Directors and residential communities.
• Strong budgeting and financial statement interpretation.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, and WRMC.
• Lead day-to-day operations to deliver a seamless resident experience.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Prepare and present annual budgets and provide financial insights to the Board.
• Conduct regular property inspections for quality and maintenance standards.
• Manage vendor contracts and performance to ensure service excellence.
• Lead bidding for third-party services and oversee special projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop on-site staff to foster a professional culture.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and laws.
• Oversee community meetings, elections, and Board communications.
• Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed.

• LOCATION: Washington Park
• SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Availability for on-call duty is required 24/7, including monthly night board meetings and working sessions.
• SALARY: $90,000 per year.

What You Need to Succeed
