ACCESS | MANAGEMENT ∙ REALTY ∙ MAINTENANCE ∙ LIFESTYLE is seeking a Senior Controller to oversee financial and accounting operations across its Florida community associations. The role requires leadership of accounting staff, ensuring accurate monthly statements, and maintaining internal controls to support the organization’s fiscal health.

You will work with Community Association Managers and executives to address financial questions, review budgets, and coordinate with auditors and CPAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in community association management or multi-entity environments.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience managing accounting for multiple entities, properties, or associations.
• Knowledge of Florida HOA/COA requirements strongly preferred.
• Experience with annual budgets, financial statements, reconciliations, audits, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of community associations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Controllers, Senior Property Accountants, and staff.
• Review monthly financial statements, ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements for accuracy.
• Establish and maintain accounting procedures, internal controls, and compliance.
