You will handle inquiries via phone and email, reference governing documents, and guide residents through the violation and architectural review processes.

The role requires strong customer service, confidentiality, and basic MS Office skills; a valid Nevada driver’s license is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations of deed restrictions with reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist Homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for committee review.
