Job summary

Associated Asset Management (AAM) in Chandler, AZ seeks an HOA Manager to oversee governance, budgets, and service contracts while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will collaborate with the Management Team to ensure CC&Rs compliance, attend Board meetings, prepare reports, and coordinate vendors for communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience with HOA governance documents (CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations) and related statutes.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendor contracts, and annual reporting.
• Strong communication with homeowners, vendors, and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Read, review and have a strong understanding and knowledge of Association governing documents, including CC&Rs, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations; Partner with AAM’s Management Team to ensure compliance.
• Interact with homeowners, vendors and service providers to promote high quality customer service.
• Research, create and disseminate communications to owners via newsletters, emails and the web regarding Association activities and policies.
• Solicit, negotiate and execute contracts for Association vendors and service providers.
• Prepare and submit bid specs and work orders to vendors/service providers.
• Plan, budget, advertise, execute and attend Association events with Boards/Committees approval.
• Develop and implement policies and carry out tasks assigned by the Board of Directors and AAM.
• Review, analyze, and present monthly management/financial reports; resolve discrepancies with accounting.
• Prepare annual budgets with Boards and obtain data from vendors/services.
