Job summary

Mariani Premier Group seeks an HOA Client Representative to manage a portfolio of HOA/commercial properties from our Clackamas location. You will bid and sell enhancement projects, win maintenance accounts, and nurture client relationships to grow the book of business.

Responsibilities include site visits, setting up regular on-site meetings, monitoring irrigation and plant health, preparing proposals, and coordinating with maintenance crews to ensure quality and growth of accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an account manager in a commercial/HOA setting.
• Degree in horticulture, landscape management, or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience with irrigation systems, PNW plant identification, plant insect & disease diagnosis.
• Experience with Aspire software preferred
• Spanish/English bilingual helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bidding and selling new maintenance accounts on Eastside locations to grow existing book of business.
• Make at minimum one site visit per month to each account.
• Set up monthly meeting onsite with your contact(s) for HOA accounts.
• Monitor irrigation on sites, adjust clocks if needed, report repairs needed.
• Monitor health of Turf, shrubs and trees on all accounts and schedule techs as needed.
• Complete work orders as needed and provide proposals to clients.
• Complete periodic LQAs through Aspire.
• Recommend enhancements and provide proposals to clients to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Complete all paperwork daily, turn in receipts and billings.
• Partner with Maintenance Supervisor on coordinating crews & equipment, reporting major issues to Department Manager, assisting with timecard review, and monitoring accounts for quality control.
