Job summary
Landscape East & West in Clackamas, OR is seeking a Client Representative to manage HOA/commercial properties, bid and sell maintenance accounts, and grow the client portfolio. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate crews, monitor irrigation, and ensure site quality across Eastside locations.
The role requires 3+ years in HOA account management, knowledge of irrigation systems, and the ability to prepare proposals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an account manager in a commercial/HOA setting.
- Experience with irrigation systems and PNW plant identification; disease diagnosis.
- Spanish/English bilingual helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Bid and sell new maintenance accounts to grow the book of business.
- Make at least one site visit per month to each account; set up monthly onsite meetings.
- Monitor irrigation clocks, turf, shrubs, and trees; schedule techs as needed.
- Complete work orders, provide proposals, and perform periodic LQAs in Aspire.
- Prepare paperwork daily and coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on crews & timekeeping.
