Landscape East is seeking a Client Representative to manage a portfolio of HOA properties, bid and sell maintenance and enhancement projects, and nurture client relationships from our Clackamas location. You will visit sites monthly, monitor irrigation and plant health, and coordinate crews for quality outcomes.

The role requires at least 3 years in HOA/commercial account management, a horticulture-related degree is preferred, and familiarity with Aspire software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an account manager in a commercial/ HOA setting.
• Degree in horticulture, landscape management, or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience with irrigation systems and plant health knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Bid and sell new maintenance accounts to grow the book of business.
• Visit sites at least once per month and set up monthly meetings with HOA contacts.
• Monitor irrigation, turf, shrubs, and trees; schedule techs as needed.
• Prepare work orders and proposals; complete LQAs through Aspire.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on crews and equipment; assist with timecard review.

We are seeking a key member of our HOA Maintenance Department for the role of Client Representative based out of our Clackamas location. The Client Representative is responsible for managing a portfolio of HOA/commercial properties, bidding and selling enhancement projects and new maintenance accounts, and managing client relationships.**Job Duties & Responsibilities*** Bidding and selling new maintenance accounts on Eastside locations to grow existing book of business.* Make at minimum one site visit per month to each account.* Set up monthly meeting onsite with your contact(s) for HOA accounts.
