Qualifications

• Experience with access-control procedures preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and guests by carrying out access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry points and verify authorized access and document activity.
• Respond to access-control concerns and incidents in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas and entry points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain shift logs, access records, and incident reports for leadership.
