Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Monitor and control access at residential entry points, verify visitor authorization.
• Respond to access concerns and incidents following post procedures.
• Conduct patrols of common areas, gates, parking, and perimeter locations.
• Maintain logs of activity, visitors, and incidents.
