• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and control entry and exit in accordance with established site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access‑related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Maintain accurate access‑related logs, visitor records, and incident documentation as required by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, the business, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
