Job summary

LHH seeks a Database Specialist to join our client's team in Stockton, CA, in a full-time, hybrid role. The position centers on HMIS and EHR data to drive program performance, grant reporting, and informed decision making.

You will configure integrations, maintain data quality, train staff on HMIS, produce executive reports, and partner with leadership across departments to safeguard confidentiality and support data-driven improvements aligned with HUD standards and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Public Administration, Health Information Management, Social Sciences with data management experience or equivalent

Responsibilities

• HMIS Administration: manage HMIS and ensure compliance with HUD/CA standards.
• Employee Training: deliver HMIS training and maintain access controls.
• Data Reporting & Analytics: produce recurring exec reports and analyze outcomes.
• Reporting: ensure timely grant reporting and audits support.
• Data Quality & Compliance: monitor data accuracy and implement QA processes.
• Cross-Departmental Support: respond to requests and develop performance metrics.
• EHR Data Support: analyze clinical data and support CalAIM/ECM/CS initiatives.
