Job summary

Inframark is seeking an experienced HMI Application Engineer to design and implement SCADA/HMI solutions for water and wastewater projects. You will configure systems, develop software with multiple platforms, and support FAT/SAT testing and customer training.

The role requires 2+ years in HMI/SCADA programming, a bachelor's in CS or engineering, and strong communication. Travel to job sites is regular, with on-site work and collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of HMI/SCADA programming experience, preferably in water & wastewater.
• Knowledge of Microsoft OS, networks, and multiple HMI software packages.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop HMI application software per contract documents and system narratives.
• Set up servers, workstations, networks, and peripherals at job sites.
• Interface equipment to third‑party vendor systems via industrial protocols.
• Participate in FAT/SAT and demonstrate system functionality to stakeholders.
• Provide training to operators and administrative personnel.
