Job summary

Haynes Equipment Company is seeking a Systems Integrator to design, program, and support control systems for water and wastewater facilities. You will develop PLC, HMI, OIT, and SCADA applications to monitor pumps, valves, and treatment equipment, and perform startup, commissioning, and technician support at customer sites.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field, experience with PLCs and SCADA, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
Experience developing HMI, OIT, or SCADA applications.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or similar databases.
Understanding of industrial networking and communications protocols.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
Familiarity with AutoCAD and electrical control drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to travel to customer sites within territory.

Responsibilities

Design, program, configure, startup, and support control systems used in water and wastewater facilities.
Develop PLC, HMI, OIT, and SCADA applications to monitor and control processes.
Perform testing, debugging, and validation of control programs.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, field service teams, and customers throughout projects.
Travel to customer sites for startup, commissioning, and operator support.
