Midwest Family Health is seeking a dedicated HME Customer Relations Specialist in Smith Center, KS. The role focuses on assisting patients with HME equipment, managing inventory, and handling sales and service duties within a healthcare retail setting.

You will work with pharmacists, RRTs, RNs, and patients, maintaining organized records and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, home care and/or medical terminology preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with healthcare professionals and patients in a courteous, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with merchandise selection and POS transactions.
• Process customer purchases and payments via the Point-of-Sale system.
• Restock, receive, and face merchandise; support store marketing and publicity activities.
