HME Specialists, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative onsite in Santa Fe, NM. You will engage with customers daily, assisting with medical supply needs, verifying benefits, and ensuring accurate intake and claims submissions.

You will use Brightree and other systems to log patient information, process orders, address complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
