You will answer calls, collect demographics, verify insurance benefits, obtain authorizations, ensure clean claim submissions, process orders, and log details in our systems, using Brightree and other software to support patient care.

You will ensure that the intake process is completed flawlessly for clean claim submissions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team on Invasive Vent setups, handle customer orders, determine service charges, and document any complaints or equipment failures.

Your excellent communication skills will come into play as you address dissatisfied customers, coordinate complaint resolutions, and liaise with various stakeholders for timely discharges. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you log important information into our systems and validate its completeness and accuracy.
