Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HMDA reporting and documentation processes.
• Ensure HMDA data collection and loan documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain lending procedures and resources.
• Review and coordinate lending denial process for HMDA reporting.
• Assist in consumer lending tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws and Bank policies including BSA.
• Engage in ongoing regulatory education.
