Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is partnering with a Primary School to recruit an HLTA who will support pupils' learning and wellbeing. The role is fixed-term until Easter 2027 with potential extension or permanency.

As part of a dedicated team, you will plan and deliver engaging activities, monitor progress, and cover the Teacher’s absence to ensure continuity in learning. NVQ Level 3 HLTA or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant / HLTA qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong literacy and numeracy required.
• Excellent communication skills with children and parents/ carers.
• Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality; experience in primary setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging learning activities for whole class and groups.
• Monitor, assess and record pupils' progress and development.
• Lead the classroom in the Teacher's absence to maintain consistency.
• Support effective classroom management alongside the Class Teacher.
• Work with Teachers to design and deliver individualised plans for pupils with special educational needs.
