Are you an exceptional HLTA looking for a role where you'll genuinely shape children's learning, not just support it? Our client's Primary School is looking for someone special to join their team and play a central role in helping their pupils thrive.
Fixed-term contract until Easter 2027. Possibility of being extended or made permanent.

Above all, you'll help create a classroom where every child feels included, supported, and able to succeed.
You're passionate about education and driven to help every child reach their full potential. You bring energy, organisation, and self-motivation to everything you do, along with the communication skills to build genuine rapport with children and parents / carers alike. Strong literacy and numeracy skills are a must, as is a real commitment to making learning irresistible, while staying flexible enough to adapt your approach to each child's needs.
You'll also be professional, trustworthy, and committed to developing your own practice, with a good understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
Ideally, you'll hold an NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants / HLTA qualification (or equivalent), or be working towards one, with experience across the primary curriculum, including supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
