Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-time laboratory experience required.
• ASCP certified Generalist or Categorical Technologist or equivalent accreditation required.

Aufgaben

• Directs daily laboratory processes including HLA typing, crossmatching, antibody screening, and chimerism testing.
• Ensures the lab meets ASHI, CLIA, CAP requirements and proficiency testing; oversees quality assurance and inspection readiness.
• Manages scheduling, competency assessments, performance evaluations, and staff training.
• Leads validation and implementation of new methodologies; develops and maintains SOPs and documentation.
