Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Healthcare, or Education preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of related pharmaceutical/biotechnology commercial experience (sales, marketing, training, or reimbursement).
• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated HIV specialty experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering and facilitating complex scientific, clinical, and commercial training programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, facilitate, and reinforce clinical, product, and disease state training using HQ-approved materials.
• Observe regional field interactions and provide real-time, actionable feedback and best-practice examples.
• Direct and support regional onboarding of new hires with sales leadership.
• Utilize virtual and in-person learning technologies for engaging training.
• Act as embedded learning consultant to Regional Directors and CTLs to analyze performance indicators.
• Align national L&D frameworks with regional business plans and local market needs.
• Bridge marketing, L&D, and field teams to ensure aligned messaging and training delivery.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
