Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least one year of professional data entry experience preferred.
• Must type 45 wpm.
• Experience multitasking on computer systems and using multiple screens.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; HIV prevention/care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields accurately.
• Collect, compile, sort and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Perform data integrity tasks by locating and correcting errors or reporting them to supervisors.
• May scan or upload documents.
• Perform routine office duties, such as answering phones and maintaining supplies.
• Maintain logs of activities and completed work; file documents as required.
• Other related duties as assigned.
