Job summary

Tulsa CARES in Tulsa, OK, seeks an experienced Internal Medicine physician to deliver outpatient HIV and Hepatitis C care, including ART management and PrEP/PEP services, within a patient‑centered, multidisciplinary team.

You will collaborate with care coordinators, medical assistants, and other clinicians to provide comprehensive primary care, preventive services, and health equity for underserved populations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Active Oklahoma medical license or eligibility.
• Extensive HIV and Hepatitis C clinical experience.
• Experience providing PrEP/PEP services.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient HIV primary care with ART management.
• Treat Hepatitis C and monitor treatment response.
• Deliver PrEP/PEP counseling, initiation, and follow-up.
• Provide general internal medicine and preventive care.
• Coordinate care with case managers and care team.
• Document accurately and support quality initiatives.
