Qualifications

• Experience in human services, social services, or related field; minimum 3 years direct social services experience.
• Strong communication skills in oral and written form; ability to coordinate with clients, staff and partner agencies.
• Proficient use of computers and basic office equipment; reliable transportation and cell phone.
• Background check and TB test required; valid driver’s license and auto insurance if using a private vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery of case management services.
• Train, supervise and evaluate Anchorage-based and remote Case Managers.
• Ensure all services meet funder requirements and state/federal law.
• Act as liaison between clients, case managers, and program directors.
• Attend housing forums and collaborate with community partners.
