Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Hitch Service Technician for our Hagerstown location to deliver outstanding service with hands-on technical work.

You will understand and explain U-Haul's towing packages, recommend and install the right tow package for customer vehicles, and provide exceptional customer support. The role includes ongoing training through U-Haul University and safety procedures. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic wiring and hand/power tool experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain U-Haul's variety of towing packages
• Recommend and install the right tow package on customer vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to U-Haul customers.
• Other duties as assigned
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University
