Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer systems including web-based applications and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and embed tissue in paraffin; cut paraffin blocks with microtomes.
• Stain tissues and evaluate slide quality.
• Maintain slides, solutions, and hazardous chemicals for recycling.
• Maintain equipment and supply inventories; ensure clean work environment.
• Participate in inter-shift coverage.
