Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Histotechnician to join our team in Richland, WA. The role involves processing tissue specimens, preparing slides, and performing immunohistochemical tests with both manual and automated instruments.

Monday–Friday evening schedule with potential overtime, supporting quality patient care. Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s degree in a chemical/biological science or medical technology, with preferred 3+ months in histology and IHC, and ASCP certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in a chemical/biological science or medical technology.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• Experience in histology and IHC desirable (3+ months).

Responsibilities

• Process human tissue and body fluid specimens for microscopic exam.
• Prepare histology slides and perform immunohistochemical staining.
• Operate and maintain histology equipment and log maintenance.
