Aufgaben

• Performs specialized histopathological procedures and high complexity testing.
• Maintains specimen ID, orientation, and margins; prepare slides and ink margins.
• Operates cryostat and microtome; ensures proper block orientation and sectioning.
• Performs routine H&E staining and other stains; maintains staining quality.
• Assists in immunohistochemistry where available; follows safety and QA procedures.
• Keeps logs, performs QC checks on reagents/instruments; supports housekeeping.
