Qualifications

• Two years of experience in general maintenance work involving at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Building maintenance: routine repairs and preventative work on structures and systems
• Grounds work: mowing, trimming, snow removal, seasonal upkeep
• Operate and maintain tools and machinery for daily maintenance
• Site readiness: keep museum areas clean, safe, and visitor-ready
• Event support: assist with setup and breakdown for events and activities
