Job summary

Landis Valley Village & Farm Museum in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a maintenance professional for hands-on upkeep of historic buildings, grounds, and equipment. Qualifications

• Two years of experience in general maintenance with trades involvement (building, electrical, or mechanical).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks on buildings and grounds as part of a historic site.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools used in maintenance and groundskeeping.
• Identify issues and perform routine repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC as needed.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
