Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory or Biological Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Receives and prepares tissue specimens for routine and special examinations.
• Performs complex histological procedures using embedding, microtomy, and staining to prepare slides for diagnosis.
• Review slide quality and maintain/repair lab instruments.
• Disinfects work area and stocks supplies; ensures safety, QA and QC standards are met.
• Interact with various lab personnel and contribute to procedure updates and quality initiatives.
