Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare sections of human tissue for microscopic examination and diagnosis.
• Performs recuts as requested by a Pathologist.
• Label requisitions, cassettes and slides; affix coverslips.
• Maintain equipment and quality controls; ensure specimen integrity.
• Operate, clean, and sterilize lab equipment and workstation.
