Qualifications

• 5+ years of histology laboratory experience in a clinical or high-volume laboratory environment.
• Strong working knowledge of histology techniques.
• Experience training, mentoring, or onboarding laboratory staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs.
• Conduct hands-on training for histology procedures.
• Identify training gaps and implement remediation.
