Job summary

Paycom seeks an experienced laboratory leader to plan, organize, coordinate and oversee histology operations, including biological, chemical and environmental testing, quality control and QA documentation.

The role requires HT(ASCP), a minimum of 10 years in histology and at least 5 years in management. You will supervise staff, develop priorities, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage budgeting with emphasis on data analysis and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• HT(ASCP) certification required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in histology.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
• Knowledge of purchasing, budgeting, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate and oversee histology operations.
• Supervise and evaluate laboratory staff and set performance standards.
