The position offers day shifts, on-site work, and a pay range of $55,348.80 to $107,785.60 annually, with benefits and eligibility for UI Health’s comprehensive health plan.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years total from the categories below as described in the minimum qualifications.
• Bachelor’s Degree (120 semester hours) equals three years (36 months).
• Progressively responsible work experience in a clinical pathology facility including hematology, urinalysis, fecal analysis, clinical chemistry, exfoliative cytology and other procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and indirect supervision of Histology staff and related personnel.
• Plan, assign and adjust work to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate QA/QC, staff training and competency assessment.
• Interact with physicians and staff to ensure timely reporting of results.
