The University of Minnesota Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory (VDL) is seeking a Section Manager for the Histology Laboratory, including IHC and CWD labs, to provide leadership, technical expertise, and operational oversight.

You will ensure high-quality diagnostic services, collaborate with pathologists and researchers, and lead quality systems, safety, and compliance efforts in a fast-paced veterinary diagnostic environment in Saint Paul, MN.

Competenze

BS degree plus at least six years of experience in histology or immunohistochemistry; advanced degree may reduce required experience
Knowledge of QA/QC principles, accreditation standards (e.g., AAVLD), and regulatory requirements
Experience leading a histology/IHC lab team and managing budgets and staff workflows
