Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years working in Hispanic Ministry at the parish level.
• Must be a practicing Catholic in full communion with the Roman Catholic Church.
• Pastoral experience in working with multiple cultures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accompany the Hispanic Faithful in their journey of faith.
• Maintain financial records for Vicariate Hispanic Ministry programs.
• Train in family crisis support and other culturally specific needs.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office suite

Strong listening, empathy, and organizational skills

Intermediate to advanced computer skills and familiarity with social media

Education

Formation/Certification in Hispanic Pastoral Leadership
