Job summary

The Charlotte Diocese is seeking a Vicariate Hispanic Ministry Coordinator to oversee and support Hispanic ministry efforts. This role involves direct communication with Pastors, coordinating liturgical ministries, and providing leadership formation.

The ideal candidate will have formation in Hispanic Pastoral Leadership and experience in Hispanic Ministry. Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English are essential for fostering community faith development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years working in Hispanic Ministry at the parish level.
• Must be a practicing Catholic in full communion with the Roman Catholic Church.
• Pastoral experience in working with multiple cultures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accompany the Hispanic Faithful in their journey of Faith.
• Serve as a resource for the Pastors of the parishes within the vicariate.
• Maintain the financial records for the Vicariate Hispanic Ministry programs.
