Coordinates maintenance activities, infrastructure upgrades, and incident response efforts while following established operational standards and procedures.· **Implements** server, storage, networking, and data center infrastructure solutions, including racking and stacking equipment, cable management, hardware installation, operating system deployment, firmware upgrades, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management activities to support business and development needs.· **Determines** infrastructure capacity, operational requirements, and system health through proactive monitoring, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering teams.
