Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead multiple software teams delivering health-care claims and reimbursement platforms, with Java and .NET stacks, on‑prem and cloud deployments. This role guides architecture, delivery, and continuous improvement to meet regulatory and customer needs.

Our cross-functional agile teams develop a mix Java applications and .NET applications. We are looking to redevelop and rearchitect to better suit our customer’s needs both on premises and in the cloud.If you have leadership skills, relevant technical experience, an urge to automate, and are driven to deliver quality software to customers that can improve patients' lives, we'd love to talk with you.Primary Responsibilities (including but not limited to):* Provide direct technical supervision of one or more teams responsible for developing Solventum products, including Developers and Quality Assurance.
